Quiet Your Mind
This past weekend I traveled to the Great Smoky Mountains to speak at a spiritual community located just outside of Asheville, NC. This was my second expedition to speak in this area and each time I’ve visited the energy I feel from the roaming mountains is indescribable.
Leaving the hustle and bustle of Atlanta and venturing to these peaceful mountains brings a calming effect to my spirit.
However, I’ve realized I need not jump in the car and travel 2 hours north west to uncover the peace these mountains bring.
While we often feel like we have to enter a church, be surrounded by “good energy”, or even travel great distances to find peace within ourselves, there are plenty of thoughts, insights, quotes and empowering ideas we can embrace and apply to our lives right where we are.
Here are 10 powerful quotes that will quiet your mind and help you find the ever-present peace available within.
