Creating A Dynamic Inner Transformation

I’ve often wondered if there is a simple set of principles that, if embraced, could produce more peace, happiness and joy, both individually and collectively in our world.

In this simple post I think I’ve uncovered these principles.

In the past I’ve mentioned that it’s possible to achieve this state of awareness with 2 simple ideas:

  1. Honor the Life within you (and all)
  2. Do good unto your fellow man and woman

These 2 principles have the power to heal all the ailments we as a human family face.

The additional 3 Practices below will help us each make that change within. Creating a dynamic inner transformation is possible for everyone.

3 Practices For Creating a Dynamic Inner Transformation (Use These Immediately)

#1 – Draw Closer To The Power Within That Enabled You To Wake Up and Be – Did you know that by spending a portion of your day connecting, being aware of and honoring your inner Essence you are recognizing the inner Essence within all?

Look deep enough and you’ll see that the same Energy* that woke you up, woke up everyone and everything upon this planet (and beyond).

A few ways to draw closer to the Inner Essence within is through meditation, stillness, inner contemplation, quiet thinking, nature hikes and connecting with your breath.

#2 – Work On Creating A New Habit That Improves The Inner Image You Have Of Yourself – What is your most destructive habit? Is there a new habit you could replace it with to course-correct and empower the direction of your life?

Work on a habit that will take you where you’d like to go and ensure this new habit you are  creating strengthens and improves the inner image you have of yourself. Afterall, our habits reflect the image we have within.

#3 – Do One Thing You’ve Been Putting Off During The Last Few Weeks, Months or Years – There’s usually at least one thing that means a great deal to us that we’ve been continuously pushing to the side. Today is the day to tackle that major “hurdle” and move forward on your dreams and aspirations. The thing or things we put off are typically the areas of life that can lead us towards our greatest growth and advancement.
