The Greatest Resource of All
These resources you see above are all great tools to assist you in the development and design of the life you desire. However, there is one resource that I will mention now that trumps all the resources above. This resource doesn’t come with a specific link or book to read, because this resource is found within you. It is a resource that only you can uncover and make proper use out of. The resource I am speaking of is a Daily Reflection. What I mean is, spending time in the comfort of your own being each day, and cultivating a state of peace and empowerment within.
The final resource I’d like to recommend is Meditation/ Reflection.
*Remember – You don’t have to be sitting in the lotus position with your legs crossed and palms open on your knees to meditate. You can meditate anywhere. A few places include, walks, trips in nature, being around animals, working out, listening to music, watching the sunset or sunrise, sitting with a full moon, teaching, and communicating with another person.
Whatever enables you to stop, quiet yourself, and look within can be a form of Meditation. Tap in to this resource.
