What are the biggest stressors in your life?

Stress is one of the leading causes of illness, yet so many forget that excessive stress that continuously overwhelms, cripples one from taking action and creates fear in our lives is not a requirement of life.

I say this with some caution because there is some stress pushes us outside of our comfort zones. It is outside of our comfort zones where our dreams grow best.
