Knowledge of Self
I’m going to make a bold proclamation here….
Anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, stagnation, and fear are all fruits that blossom due to us not really knowing ourselves.
Think about it, if we really knew ourselves, which means we’re willing to explore self-mastery, then how could we sink into pits of despair?
Despair can only be there when we allow those dark times to be more powerful than the Essence within that provides us with life.
This can be similar to the story in the bible about Daniel in the Lions Den.
Some may not agree and that’s fine.
I say this because in my life, the greatest times of stress were due to me not being 100% authentic with myself and embracing the power within.
In this day and age, so many are focused on comparing themselves to others, remaining distracted by the external world, and living a life that others have told them to live.
In this Minute of Mindfulness, let’s move towards knowledge of self.

Know Thyself
When you have a deep knowledge of self, you know that there is something within you that is greater than the pulls of the world.
When you have knowledge of self, you see that what you do to another, you ultimately do unto yourself.
Embrace this and be the change.
