We Are Already Here
There is no need to rush, we are already here,
It is only our perception that tells us our significance is near,
beliefs of space and time create illusions of fear,
this moment now contains endless seconds,
minutes, and years.
The tears of the past were released the day they fell,
the past only has power if in it you choose to dwell.
One man spends his days in heaven while another chooses hell,
Neither is right or wrong, it’s simply what you tell yourself.
Today and Beyond
Slow down.
Too many of us are always on the go. Rushing to get money to pay next week’s bills. Rushing to finish work in order to go and relax. In a rush to spend time with people who care about us just so we can go and do something else that catches our attention. Rushing to finish school, find a new job, or discover a new direction in life.
Today, join me in the realization that all we need is already contained within us.
All that is needed from time to time is a simple conscious recognition of our ability to direct our lives and our experience each moment of each day.
For those of you who wish to dive deeper in this awareness, I invite you to explore the following keys.
Unlocking the Power of Today
#1 – Stop and Breath – Take a few moments and realize that you’re living. I know that may sound a little basic, but you’d be surprised how many people forget to do this simple act of meditation.
During these moments of inner reflection, recognize that it’s you who leads you, it is you who thinks for you and it is what you do that creates the life around you. Embracing this you can see that you are the solution to all the problems and issues that pull your energy and attention away from the true you.
#2 – Observe the Power of Now – It’s incredible to spend time thinking about all the things that are taking place throughout the entire universe in this moment of now. It’s infinite and you’re a part of it all.
Through consciously observing this moment of now, we can see that within it contains our greatest dreams and desires, as well as our biggest fears and hurdles. What you focus on however, is your choice.
#3 – Harmony & Peace > Fear & Worry – The inner world where we dwell is a creation made entirely by ourselves. This is how two people can be experiencing the same set of events and one could be focusing on the fear and worry associated with that particular event while the other could be focusing on the harmony and peace associated with even the most disastrous situations.
One man is living in the dark reality of life while another chooses to see the light.

What a great time to be alive.
What a great moment to enjoy.
What a great planet to dwell upon and what a great opportunity we all have, to recognize that wherever we go we are already there.
