How often do you replay a negative experience that happened over and over again in your mind?

Have you ever allowed a negative experience in the past to steal the joy and peace from the present?

Why does this happen to us?

In my life, there have been times where I continuously replayed a stressful experience from my past where it made me feel like I was reliving it again.

The sad thing is if our mind is focused on the stresses, difficulties and negative experiences we’ve gone through, we open our mind to more of those situations to happen in the future.

In this Minute of Mindfulness, we’ll discover a simple way to no longer allow the negatives of yesterday to pollute the preciousness of today.
