The Beauty of Life: 3 Keys to Embracing the Beauty of Life
This past weekend I had the incredible opportunity to venture to Nevada and visit my family. While I’ve often visited my family during this time of year, this was a special occasion.
This trip was so incredible because I was able to be with my littlest sister as she gave birth to my beautiful little nephew. I wasn’t in the delivery room, but awaited patiently in the waiting room as my little nephew made his entrance into the world.
A few hours after a successful delivery, I went into the hospital room to see my little sister and hold my little nephew for the first time. As I stood there holding him, looking into his small little eyes, I was swept away with appreciation and the realization of how beautiful the gift of life is.
As the family filled the room, tears of joy and happiness flowed down our faces as we were brought together to witness the arrival of a new being to our amazing planet.
All I could do was smile, feel his love and hug my sister for honoring this sacred circle of life which we are all a part of. Few things in this world compare to a new light shining as abundantly as it does during its first few hours of life.
Life, Gifts, Beauty and Power
As I returned to my sister’s house after leaving the hospital later that evening, I sat in bed and appreciated this glorious life we all take part in. I opened my mind to the way in which the entire universe aligns for each little baby to take its first breath.
It is empowering to recognize all that aligns with such divine precision to allow life to flourish on this planet you and I have to call home. The abundant elements that fill the universe above, the prosperous earth we move upon, and the Invisible Essence that empowers it all.
As I opened my mind to this, I realized that like my newly arrived little nephew, we are all composed of this incredible universe.
We often forget about this as we get older and busyness fills our schedules. However, witnessing this little guy open his eyes and look up at me, I was reminded of this Eternal Essence within us all.
Illuminating the World
Today as I held little Oliver in my arms, his little light radiated through his 36 hour old body and empowered me beyond words. His little eyes looking up at his uncle, his little lungs breathing the precious air that many of us have grown to take for granted.
This small, little baby shined his light so brightly that he reached into my heart and rekindled the flame I often forget about. The flame that connects us, the One Source of it all.
3 Keys to Remember how Beautiful Life is
#1 – A Little Baby – When things get difficult, stressful, or any other assortment of negative feelings arise, I’d like to encourage you to open your mind to all that goes into the creation of life. Look deeper and connect with the divine order and alignment of everything that has enabled your life to exist. One of the greatest ways to do this is to be around a baby or small child, for they are still shining abundantly, radiating a peace not of this world but a peace that is Eternal.
#2 – The Sky Above – When looking for the beauty of life, remember to look deeper than the surface and recognize we are a product of the infinite universe that flourishes above. Our bodies are filled with the cosmos, the precious elements that float through the galaxies. The same Essence and Energy holding the planets in space empowers us to take each breath we breathe. See the beauty, see the Divine alignment.
#3 – The Earth Below – Every human being who has ever existed has walked upon this incredible planet Earth we call home. This planet is one of the many things we all share in common, and it has taken from the beginning of time for Earth to become an environment and landscape we can move upon and flourish. When stepping into the beauty of this life we’ve been given, I ask you to please honor our great Mother Earth and the beauty she brings to us all.

I’d like to finish this post by expressing my gratitude to Life Itself for radiating such a precious light through my little nephew and reminding me of just how beautiful this experience is.
