The Greatest Gift This Holiday Season
Ask a handful of people what they think about the holiday season and you’ll get a variety of answers.
For some they’re excited to visit family and be apart of those large family dinners. Others want to spend as little time as possible with their family due to past pains, unforgiveness and hurt.
Some are excited about buying gifts, while others are waiting to receive. There are people whose minds are set towards the new year fast approaching and they want the holiday season to be over with.
Wherever you find yourself and whatever you beliefs may be, I have an empowering gift you can share with your loved ones, your friends and carry with you into the new year.
This is the gift of being present.
The Greatest Gift You Can Give
The way we give this gift is easy, but it requires something from ourselves. This gift can’t be bought on store shelves or ordered online and delivered. This is a gift that must flow forth from the depths of your being.
So how do we give this gift of being present this holiday season?
Simple, first we have to get to a place within where we are aware of the energy we bring with us into the different environments we enter throughout the holiday season. If we are present and centered within ourselves we then can be present with others.
As you move mindfully, aware of this present moment, you then have the opportunity to be attentive to things going on around you.
You can use this centered and present approach to honor and respect the people you are surrounded by, you can fully appreciate the various environments you enter and can move through these places shining a light of peace and compassion.
Be alive, present and aware this holiday season.

3 Key Ways To Make This Holiday Season Incredible
#1 – Be Present With People – Whether you are speaking with your mother or father, your siblings, cousins, aunts or uncles, friends, acquaintances, or a homeless person on the street, be present. Listen to what they say, look into their eyes, feel their heart that is beating and the air they are breathing, honor the life within them. If it is someone who has brought past pains, forgive them in spirit. You need not poison yourself by remaining stuck in the past.

#2 – Be Present In Every Environment – When you enter different environments, stores, houses, or churches this holiday season, be present. Be aware and attentive of the sights you see and sounds you hear around you. Feel the air on your skin, the energy in the room and make it a habit to connect so deeply with the present moment that you are able to soak in the beauty of each place.
